Australian Print Workshop offers special Guided Tours
to students (tertiary and secondary) and to other community
and private groups. Tours are designed to introduce visitors
to the techniques and equipment used in printmaking and to
provide a picture of APW's work.
Tours of the Workshop can be tailored to the needs of specific
interest groups, and may include:
- An overview of the Workshop's operations
and facilities
- A brief floor talk on the Australian Print
Workshop's current print exhibition
- Special demonstrations in etching, lithography,
or relief printing, conducted by skilled Australian Print
Workshop printers.
Tours run for approximately thirty minutes and are offered
Wednesday-Friday, 10am-4pm, at a minimum cost of $50 per tour, or $5 per head
for groups over 10 people. Group size is limited to 15 people.
Special evening functions and events can also be organised
by prior arrangement.
