New Marks - Old Friends
Featuring limited edition prints by Tiwi Artists produced in collaboration with APW Printers.
Australian Print Workshop's creative partnership with Tiwi Artists living in the remote community of Milikapiti on Melville Island spans 20 years. The works in this exhibition were created as a result of APW's visit to the Tiwi Islands earlier this year, to work with artists associated with Jilamara Arts and Crafts Association.
Exhibiting Artists include Timothy Cook, Brian Farmer Illortaminni, Raelene Kerinauia, Nicholas Mario, Jimmy Mungatopi, Janice Murray, Patrick Freddy Puruntatameri, Conrad Tipungwuti and Pedro Wonaeamirri.
